The story behind Apple of Eden – two worlds, one vision

Apple of Eden was founded in 2010 by Friedrich Lüning and Nelson Gomes. Nelson grew up in Porto and brings a deep feel for shoes, leather and fit – experience you cannot buy, but have to earn over many years.

This feel shapes every style: the right proportions, the right leather for each silhouette and the ambition to make no compromises on fit and comfort. It is the invisible foundation of every single pair of Apple of Eden.
